Areas of Operations and Methodology

We implement our projects through a participatory manner, interacting with the different key areas of the Company, namely the Administrative, Financial, Commercial, Technical and Operations. That means:

  • Know the Company and identify the main needs and priorities;
  • Make the necessary data survey “in situ”, both inside the Company and in the field, where “things happen”;
  • Involve the key employees and executives, acting as a “coach”, teaching how to do better but not doing the “home work”, which is the Company’s team duty;
  • Give permanent feed-backs. Indicators (KPI) to measure the results and revaluate the process, at an appropriate (adequate) frequency;
