ABOUT BCA
BCA is a provider of management consulting services, formed by a pool of professionals and alike companies, with renowned experience in the business life. We work on projects connected to the sustainable development of the Companies and that are also committed with the sustainable development of the Country, where parameters for Education, Health, Environment, Income, Ethics, Legality, Happiness and Worthy Longevity of People can be measured and improved, through a continuous manner. BCA shall always pay a special attention to the above referred topics in all its projects.
We believe:

METHOD
We implement our projects through a participatory manner, interacting with the different key areas of the Company, namely the Administrative, Financial, Commercial, Technical and Operations. That means:
- Know the Company and identify the main needs and priorities;
- Make the necessary data survey “in situ”, both inside the Company and in the field, where “things happen”;
- Involve the key employees and executives, acting as a “coach”, teaching how to do better but not doing the “home work”, which is the Company’s team duty;
- Give permanent feed-backs. Indicators (KPI) to measure the results and revaluate the process, at an appropriate (adequate) frequency;
